A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE RURAL LAND USE FEE AND AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES INCOME TAX PROCLAMATION
In accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Admi nistration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977 it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title

This Proclamation may be cited as the " Rural Land Use Fee and Agricultural Activities Income Tax Amendment Proclamation No. 152/1978.
Amendment
The Rural Land Use Fee and Agricultural Activities Income Tax Proclamation No. 77/1976 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Sub - articles 1 and 2 of Article 8 are hereby deleted and replaced by the following new sub - articles 1 and
" 1 / Every farmer who is a member of an agricultural producers ' cooperative established under the Proclamation shall pay

Birr Five (Birr 5). "
