Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “ Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation Establishment regulation / Amendment council of Ministers Regulation No. 93/2003 ” . 2. Amendment Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation Establish ment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 10/1996 is hereby amended as follows : Article 5 ( 6 ) becomes 5 ( 7 ) and a new sub Article 5 ( 6 ) is added as follows : “ 5 ( 6 ) , Issue , sell and pledge bonds . " 3.
