Short Title.
These Regulations
s may be cited as the “ Public Enterprises Regulations No. 571975 ,
In these Regulations:
(1) Minister " shall mean the Minister of National Re sources Development or his duly appointed represen tative ;
(2) “ Enterprise ” shall mean any public enterprise esta blished by regulations issued pursuant to the procla mation ;

Scope of Application of these Regulations and Matters to be prescribed in Establishment Regulations.
(1) These Regulations shall apply to all public enterprises established by regulations issued pursuant to the Pro clamation.
(2) The said establishment regulations shall contain parti culars such as the name, the address, the business pur-. poses, the capital and the duration of each enterprise.
