GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for the financing of part

WHEREAS, the said Loan Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval; and

WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Coun cil on this 24th day of June, 1977 has ratified the said Loan
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of the Powers and Responsibilities of the Pro visional Military Administration Council and the Council of Mi nisters Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Federal Republic of Germany Loan Agreement for Awassa - Dilla Road Pro ject Proclamation No. 117/1977. ”
