CHAPTER I General Provisions:

2. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Wildlife Conser vation Regulations, 1972. "
3. Repeal
All previous Regulations in force concerning matters of wildlife resources, whether written or customary, are hereby repealed and replaced by these Regulations.
4. Definitions
In these Regulations and in licences and permits issued hereunder, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) " Aircraft " shall mean any type of airplane, helicop ter, airship, balloon or kite, whether controlled or directed by human agency or not ;
