A PROCLAMATION TO TRANSFER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DISASTER PREVENTION AND PREPAREDNESS AGENCY TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer
Preparedness Agency to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development ;
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as " Transfer of Rights and Obligations of Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Proclamation No. 593/2008 ”.

2. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The rights and obligations of Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission established under proclamation No.10 / 1995 (as amended) are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development ;
