A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE ETHIO - TURKEY MARITIME TRADE AGREEMENT WHEREAS , the Agreement on Maritime Trade between the Government of the federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government or Republic of Turkey was signed in Addis Ababa on the 13th day of January , 2005 . WHEREAS , House Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic held on the 26th day of May , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub - Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio Turkey Cooperation in Maritime Field Agreement Ratification Proclamation No.44 / 2005 ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Ethio - Turkey Cooperation in Maritin :: Field Agreement signed in Addis Ababa on the 13th day of January , 2005 is hereby ratified .
