Short Title This Proclmation may be cited as the " Convention on forced or Compulsory Labour Ratification No. 336/2003 . " The Convention on Forced or Compulsory Labour No. 29 adopted by the International Labour Organization at its Fourteenth session held on June , 1930. is hereby ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the convention . 4.
