A Proclamation To Ratify The Loan Agreement Between The Government Of The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia And The Goverment Of The Italian Republic.
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 5,000,000 Euro (Five million Euro) for the Implementation of Strengthening Health Infrastructure at Local Level Programme was signed in Addis Ababa on the 20th day of February 2017 ;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 22th day of June 2017:
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
