A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT SIGNED ON THE PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS WITH THE KINGDOM OF SWEDEN WHEREAS , the Agreement on Promotion and ነገሥታዊ መንግሥት | Reciprocal Protection of Investments between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the December , 2004 ; WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that it WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of day of June , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments signed in Addis Ababa on 10th December , 2004 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Sweden is ratified ; 3. Responsibility of the Ethiopian Investment Commission The Ethiopian Investment Commission is hereby empowered to implement this Agreement . Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force as of 30ch June day of June , 2005 .
