OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 9th Year No. 33 ADDIS ABABA - 6h February , 2003 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 316/2003 International Coffee Agreement 2001 Ratification Proclamation Page 2090 PROCLAMATION NO . 316/2003 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE INTERNATIONAL COFFEE AGREEMENT WHEREAS , the International Coffee Organization has prepared International Coffee Agreement 2001 and the has accepted said Agreement ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 6'h day of February , 2003 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Sub - Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of Article 55 of the Constitution , it is hereby Proclaimed as follows : Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Coffee Agreement 2001 Ratification Proclamation No 3 16/2003 . ” 2. Power of the Coffee and Tea Authority The Coffee and Tea Authority is hereby empowered to implement the Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement . 4.
