REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL METAL WORKS CORPORATION
These Regulations are issued by the Minister of National Resources Development pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 10 of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 20/1975.

These Regulations may be cited as the " National Metal Works Corporation Establishment Regulations No. 10 /
Establishment
There is hereby established an enterprise to be known as the National Metal Works Corporation (hereinafter the “ Cor poration ") which shall be governed by the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 20/1975 and the Public Enterprises Regu lations No. 5/1975.
Purposes
The purposes for which the Corporation is established are: processing and manufacturing industries ;
