WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of said Agreement at its session held on the 24 " day of June , NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub - Article ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio - Cuba Trade Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 346/2003 . " Unit Price The African Law Archive No. 66 24 June , 2003– Page 2223 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Ethio - Cuba trade Agreement signed in Havana on the 4th day of November , 2000 is hereby ratified 3. Power of Executive Organ The Ministry of Trade and Industry is hereby empowered to implement the Agreement . 4.
