WHEREAS, the Council of Ministers has approved on 8th day of October 2016 a State of Emergency for the Maintenance of Public Peace and Security Proclamation No.1 / 2016 ;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 93 (3) and 55 (8) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
