1. Issuing Authority
These regulations are issued by COPWE pursuant to au thority vested in it by Article 20 of COPWE Establish ment Proclamation No. 174/1979.

2. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Kuraz Publish ing Agency Establishment Regulations No 72/1980. ”
3. Establishment
as the Kuraz Publishing Agency (hereinafter the " Agency ") having its own juridical personality.

In these Regulations:
the Central Office of COPWE designated in accord ance with Article 6 (1) (i) and 6 (2) of COPWE Establishment Proclamation No. 174/1979 to super vise the Agency ;
and other similar publications.
5. Head Office
The Agency shall have its head office in Addis Ababa and may have branch offices elsewhere in Ethiopia.
