A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE ORGANS OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA PROCLAMATION WHEREAS , it has become necessary to amend the and duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) / ፩ / መሠረት የሚከተለው | of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Definition of powers and duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia ( Amendment ) Proclamation No. 465/2005 ” . 2. Amendment Sub - Article ( 9 ) of Article 23 of the definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic Ethiopia Proclamation No. 4/1995 ( as amended ) is deleted and replaced by the following new Sub - Article ( 9 ) : Unit Price * The African Law Archive Page 3175 Register making foreign organizations , and local organizations and associations operating in Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa cities or more than one regional states , ” 3. Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force on the 30th day of June , 2005 .
