OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 11th Year No. 46 ADDIS ABABA- 21st June , 2005 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 458/2005 Association Financing PROCLAMATION NO . 458/2005 . A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THIE FINANCING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND TIIE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION WI ! EREAS , a Financing Agrecineni , beitteen tie federai Democratic republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Building Project , was signed in Addis Ababa on 10th March . on the 21st day of June , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title Proclamation cited “ International Development Association Financing Agreement for Private Sector Development Capacity Building Project Ratification Proclamation No. 458/2005 ” Unit Price The African Law Archive 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Financing Agreement No. 4027ET signed in Addis Ababa on the 10th day of March , 2005 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association is ratified ; 3. Power of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development The Minister of Finance and Economic Development is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the utilization of the credit amount of SDR 12,700,000 ( twelve million seven hundred thousand SDR ) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Financing Agreement . Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force on the 21 “ day of June , 2005 .
