A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE LOAN AGREEMENET BETWEEN THE GOVEREMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND EXPORT IMPORT BANK OF CHINA
WHEREAS, a loan agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export Import Bank of China stipulating that the Export - Import Bank of China provide to the government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan in an amount equivalent to 262,259,100.00 USD (two hundred sixty - two million, two hundred fifty nine thousand, one hundred United States Dollar) for financing the Ethiopia Adama (Ethiopia -Hunan) Machinery and Industrial Park Project was signed in Beijing on 12th the day of May 2017 ;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on 5th day of July 2017 ;
Now, therefore, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of is hereby proclaimed as follows:
