A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF SOCIALIST ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

WHEREAS. the Provisional Military Administration Coun cil on the 27th day of June 1978 has ratified the said Loan Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provi sional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Government of the People's Republic of Bulgaria Loan Agreement Proclama tion No. 147 1978. ”
