This Proclamation may be cited as the " Alcohol Excise Tax (Amendment) Proclamation No. 114/1977 ".
The Alcohol Excise Tax Proclamation of 1965 (Proclama tion No. 217/1965) as amended by the Alcohol Excise Tax (Amendment) Proclamation of 1971 (Proclamation No. 284/1971) and the Alcohol Excise Tax (Amendment) Proclamation No. 17 of 1975, is further amended by the deletion and replacement of Paragraphs and 7 of the “ First Schedule ” and Paragraphs 4 and 8 of the “ Second Schedule " attached thereto respectively, by the following new paragraphs:
