A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE JUDICIAL TREATY IN CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CHINA
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Agreement a t its session held on 2nd day of May ,
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with
hereby proclaimed as follow ;
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as " Judicial Assistance Treaty in Civil and Commercial Matters between Ethiopia and China ratification Proclamation No.1007 / 2017 ”.
