These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 19 of the Petroleum Products and Lubricants Excise Tax Procla mation, 1967 (hereinafter referred to as " the Procla mation ").
These Regulations may be cited as " The Petroleum Pro ducts and Lubricants Excise Tax Exemptions Regula tions, 1967 ”.
(i) the Imperial Navy ,
(ii) Merchant Ships and Vessels duly registered under the Maritime Proclamation, 1953 ,
(iii) Foreign Ships and Vessels ,
(iv) Institutions or enterprises engaged in the ex ploitation of minerals provided prior approv al of the Ministry of Finance is granted, (v) Railway enterprises ,
(vi) Irrigation pumps and other pumps used for the distribution of water supplies to the public ,
