OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA ADDIS ABABA - 30th January , 2003 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 312/2003 Ethio - Belgium General Development Cooperation Agreement Ratification Proclamation Page 2072 PROCLAMATION NO . 312/2003 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE ETHIO - BELGIUM GENERAL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION AGREEMENT WHEREAS , an Agreement on General Development mocratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which both WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 30th day of January , 2003 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio - Belgium General Development Cooperation Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 312/2003 . " Unit Price The African Law Archive 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on General Development Cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the King dom of Belgium signed at Addis Ababa on the 9th day of April , 2001 , is ratified . 3. The Power of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development The Minister of Finance and Economic Development is empowered to implement the Agreement . 4.
