NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
PROCLAMATION No. 210 OF 1981
A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE RE - ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NATIONAL LOTTERY ADMINISTRATION
2. Definitions
WHEREAS, lottery which is a recreational activity requires to be regulated in a more systematic manner ;

WHEREAS, effective regulations of lottery activities and the need to utilize income derived from such lottery activities for the advancement of economic and social development pro grammes requires the re - establishment of the National Lottery Administration ;
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " National Lottery Administration Re - establishment Proclamation No. 210 /
In this Proclamation:
1) “ lottery ” means any game or activity in which the prize winner is determined by chance or by means of drawing of lots or any other means and includes sport betting ;
