A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A DEVELOPMENT CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF SOCIALIST ETHIOPIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Provisional
Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia of a loan in the amount in various currencies equivalent to Twenty Five Million
Irrigation Project was signed at Washington D.C. on the 7th day of November 1977; and
WHEREAS, said Loan Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its
WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Council on the 24th day of December, 1977 has ratified the said Loan Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of the Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: 1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Development Association Loan Agreement for the Amibara Irrigation Project Proclamation, No. 135/1978. "
