NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Ratification Proclamation No. 1005/2017.
