WHEREAS, it has become necessary to establish activities of the House in an integrated manner ;

WHEREAS, the House of Federation is composed of elected representatives of Nations, Nationalities and Peoples ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 / 1 / of the constitution of the Federal Democratic
