These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 5 (a) of the Customs Import and Export Duties Proclamation, 1943 (Proclamation No. 39 of 1943) as amended.

These Regulations may be cited as the " Customs Tariff (Third Amendment) Regulations 1966 ”.
Article 19 of the Revised Import and Export Tariff publi shed as Legal Notice No. 153 of 1951, as amended is hereby deleted and replaced by the following new Article of the same enumeration.
" Article 19. These Regulations shall come into force on the date
