These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Melge Wondo Meat Factory Establishment Council of Ministers Regu lations No. 144/1993. ”
2. Establishment
known as the Melge Wondo Meat Factory (herein after the " Enterprise ").
