A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION WHEREAS , a Credit Agreement , between the hundred ten million SDR ) for financing Second Roads Sector Development Support Project , was signed in Addis Ababa on 10th March 2005 ; of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Credit Agreement at its session held on the 14 day of April , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation be cited " International Development Association Credit Agreement for financing Second Roads Sector Development Support Project Ratification Proclamation No. 446/2005 . ” Unit Price The African Law Archive * Page 3092 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Credit Agreement No. 3989ET signed in Addis Ababa on the 10th March , 2005 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association is ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development Minister of Finance Economic Development is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the utilization of the credit amount of SDR 110,000,000 ( one hundred ten million Special Drawing Rights ) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement . 4. Effective Date The Proclamation shall inter into force on the 28 day of April , 2005 .
