Short Title.
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Public Enterprises Proclamation Amendment Proclamation No. 35/1975. "
Amendment.
The Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 20/1975 is here by amended as follows:
(1) Article 7 is deleted, and
(2) Articles 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are renumbered as Articles 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 respectively.
Effective Date.
This Proclamation shall enter into force on the date of its
