A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE COMPENSATION COMMISSION ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION

In accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Admi nistration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Compensation Commission Establishment (Amendment) Proclamation No. 121/1977. ”

The Compensation Commission Establishment Proclamation No. 70/1976 is hereby amended as follows:
Article 7 of the Proclamation:
" 8. Additional Powers of the Commission
1.)
The Commission shall, where it deems, it neces sary, have the power to record and certify any claim against any person for an uncontested debt or obligation in relation to any nationalized pro perty for the purpose of sub - article 4 of this Article.
2) The Commission may, where it deems it neces sary, intervene in any judicial proceeding and notify the court to forward to it the execution of any judgement against any defendant sued for any debt or obligation in relation to any natio nalized property.
