Short Title These Regulations may be cited as the “ Road Transport Tariffs Council of Ministers ( Amendment ) Regulations No. 51/1999 . ” 1 ) Without prejudice to the provisions of Sub - Articles 2,3,4,5,7,8 of Article 7 and Article 9 , all provisions of Road Transport Tariffs Council of Ministers Regulations No. 2/1992 ; and 2 ) Directives in force pertaining to road transport tariffs are hereby repealed . These Regulations shall come into force as of the date of Done at Addis Ababa , this 23rd day of July , 1999 .
