WHEREAS , the House of People's Representative of said Agreement at its session held on the 21st day of October , 2004 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Article ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of the constitution it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio - Algeria Trade Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Ethio - Algeria Trade Agreement signed in Addis Ababa on the 19th day of November 1997 , is hereby ratified .
