REGULATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPAL PROCLAMATION OF 1945
These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Interior pursuant to authority vested in him by Articles 9 and 11 of the Municipalities Proclamation, 1945 (Proclamation No. 74 of 1945).

These Regulations may be cited as the " Rates, Dues and
The Municipalities designated hereunder are hereby authorized to collect the rates, dues and fees specified hereunder on all matters lawfully declared taxable by each Municipal Council.
These Regulations shall enter into force as from the 8th of July, 1968.
Done at Addis Ababa this 2nd day of August, 1969.
