This Proclamation may be cited as the “ 1991 Fiscal Year Additional Project Sup plementary Budget Proclamation Article 2. There is hereby appropriated an additional amount of Birr 5,432,200 ( Five million four hundred thirty two thousand and two hundred Birr ) as a Supplementary Budget to the Federal Government , for the Fiscal Year Commencing on E.C. , from Federal Government revenues and other funds for the undertakings set forth in the schedule hereto . Unit Price The African Law Archive directed , upon the request of the heads of the concerned Government organs , to disburse out of the Federal Government revenues and other funds the additional amount appropriated for the undertakings of their respective organ .
