1. Short Title

2. Definitions
In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires:
1 / " air transport service " means scheduled transportation by air of passengers, freight and mail ;
2 / " general aviation service " means the provision of non - scheduled air transport service and other necessary incidental or related aerial service ;
