2. Definitions
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 83 (1) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Special Decree may be cited as the " Ethiopian Roads Authority Establishment Council of State Special Decree No. 26/1990 ”.
