A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE AFRICAN EXPORT - IMPORT BANK WHEREAS Ethiopia has on October 20th 1993 signed the Agreement Establishing the African Export - Import Bank ;

WHEREAS the Transitional Government of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) and (h) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Agreement Esta blishing the African Exoprt - Import Bank Ratification Proclamation No. 95/1994. "
