A PROCLAMATION TO FURTHER AMEND THE DECLARATION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE PROVINCE OF ERITREA ORDER, AS AMENDED
In accordance with Article 6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Administration Council and its Chairman Proclamation No. 2/1974, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Declaration of a State of Emergency in Certain Areas of the Province of Eritrea Order, as Amended, Further Amendment Procla mation No. 102/1976 ”.

The Declaration of a State of Emergency in Certain Areas of the Province of Eritrea Order No. 66/1970, as amend ed by proclamation No. 22/1975 is hereby further Amend ed as follows:
1) The phrase “ Articles 10 and 11... ” appear ing in sub - article (c) of Article 6 of the Order is de leted and replaced by the phrase Article 10... ”
2) The following new sub - article (e) is inserted at the end of Article 6 of the Order:
