4 Year No. 43 ADDIS ABABA - 12th June , 1998 CONTENTS Council of Ministers Regulations No. 35/1998 Investment Areas Reserved for Domestic Investors Council of Ministers Regulations Page 755 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS NO . 35/1998 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS ON INVESTMENT AREAS RESERVED FOR DOMESTIC These Regulations are issued by the Council of Minis Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 4/1995 and Article 6 ( 2 ) of the Investment Proclamation No. 37/1996 ( as amen These Regulations may be cited as the " Investment Areas Reserved for Domestic Investors Council of Ministers Regulations No. 35/1998 . ” In these Regulations “ Domestic Investor ” shall have the meaning assigned to it by Article 2 ( 5 ) of the Investment Proclamation No. 37/1996 ( as amended ) .
