PROCLAMATION No. 211 OF 1981
A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, a loan agreement between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the International Development Association providing for the granting by the In ternational Development Association to the Provisional Military
valent to Twenty Eight Million Two Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights. (S.D.R. 28,200,000) to finance the Fifth Edu cation Project was signed in Washington, on the 29th day of June 1981 ;

WHEREAS, the said Loan Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval ;
WHEREAS, Provisional Military Administrative Coun cil on the 23rd day of July, 1981, has ratified the said Loan
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provi sional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Mi nisters Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International De velopment Association Loan for the Fifth Education Pro ject Approval Proclamation No. 211/1981. "
