A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE LOAN AGREEMENT No. SRS - 37 - ET BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF ETHIOPIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS a Loan Agreement between the Government of Ethiopia and the International Fund for Agricultural Deve lopment stipulating that the International Fund for Agricultural Development provide to the Government of Ethiopia a loan eq uivalent to SDR 5,050,000 (five million fifty thousand Special Drawing Righis) for Southern Region Cooperatives Development and Credit Project was signed in Rome, Italy on the 1st day of February 1994.
WHEREAS said Loan Agreement has been ratified by the Council of Representatives of the Transitional Government

NOW, THEREFORE, in according with Article 9 (d) and (h) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as follows ;
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Fund for Agricultural Development Loan Agreement for financ ing the Southern Region Cooperatives Development and Credit Project Ratification Proclamation No. 100/1994. "
