A PROCLAMATION TO DEFINE THE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MINISTERS

In accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of the. Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Admi nistration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Definition of Po No. 127/1977. ”
2. Effective Date
This Proclamation shall enter into force on the date of its
3. Repeal
The Ministers (Definition of Powers) Order No. 1/1943, as amended, is repealed and replaced by this Proclamation.
4. Responsibilities of Ministries with Respect to Planning Each Ministry shall have the responsibility to:
1) prepare and compile draft plans in accordance with the directives of the Central Planning Commission and implement those that have been approved ;
2) implement any social and economic policy programmes and projects only after ascertaining that they have been approved by the Central Planning Commission ;
