A PROCLAMATION TO DEFINE THE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL AND THAT OF THE

COMPOSITION OF THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL
The Provisional Military Administration Council (herein after the “ Council ”) shall be composed as follows:
1 / a Congress consisting of all Council members ;
2 / a Central Committee consisting of forty (40) Council members elected by the Congress; and
3 / a Standing Committee consisting of seventeen (17) Council members elected by the Congress.
The Council shall have its own Office.
