PART ONE GENERAL
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as " the Council of Ministers Federal Tax Administration Regulation No.407 / 2017 ".
2. Definition
Unless the context requires otherwise, in this Regulation: 1) " Proclamation " means the Federal Tax Administration Proclamation No.983 / 2016 ;
