A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE NORDIC DEVELOPMENT FUND WHEREAS , a Credit Agreement , between the federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Nordic fund provide to the federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia የሚያስገኘው | additional credit in an amount not exceeding SDR 3,000,000 Corporation , was signed in Addis Ababa on 1st day of December 2005 ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives the 14 day of April , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub - Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the " Nordic Development Fund Credit Agreement for Financing Decentralized Accounting and Billing System for the Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation Ratification Proclamation No.445 / 2005 ” . Ratification of the Agreement Amendment No. 1 to the Credit Agreement NDF 198 signed in Addis Ababa on the 1st day of December 2004 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Nordic Development fund is ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development Minister of Finance and Economic Development is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the utilization of the credit amount of SDR 3,000,000 ( three million SDR ) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement . 4.
