REGULATIONS ISSUED TO AMEND THE REGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT REGULATIONS
1. Issuing Authority
These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 17 of the Civil Aviation Proclamation No. 111 /

2. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Registration of Air craft (Amendment) Regulations No. 99/1987. "
The Registration of Aircraft Regulations No. 306/1965 are hereby amended as follows:
1) The following new Article 3 is hereby added after Article 2:
" 3) Definitions
In these Regulations:
1) Aircraft - includes the airframe, engine, propel lers, radio apparatus and all other parts and accessories thereof whether installed in an aircraft or temporarily separated therefrom ;
