In accordance with Article 6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Administration Council and its Chairman Proclamation, No. 2 of 1974, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

Short Title
This proclamation may be cited as the " Retention in Service of Public Servants Beyond Retirement Age (Amendment) Proclamation No. 106/1976 ”.
Amendment
The Retention in Service of Public Servants Beyond Retire ment Age Proclamation No. 40/1975 is amended as follows: 1) Article 2 is deleted and replaced by the following new Article 2:
" 2. Definition
