COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SAW MILL AND JOINERY ENTERPRISE
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.

Mill and These Regulations may be cited as the " Saw Joinery Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 159/1994. ”
Establishment
Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a public enterprise.

The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
Supervising Authority
A Body to be designated by the Government shall be the supervising authority of the Enterprise.
